Sabinska Binswanger – Systemic solution-focused Master Coach and Supervisor ZiS, member of the Professional Association for Coaching, Supervision and Organizational Consulting.
I am Sabinska Binswanger (pronouns she/her) and I grew up in Zurich and Toronto. From an early age I was aware of my three main passions which led me to different trainings and professions. As a systemic solution-focused master coach and supervisor, I am active in the Professional Association for Coaching, Supervision and Organizational Consulting.
Three main passions have accompanied me throughout my life:
These three areas make up my professional journey—like pieces of a cake that together form a fulfilling whole. My path demonstrates that different passions and experiences create an enriching foundation for my work as a coach and supervisor.
People and their development have always been my focus. After studying psychology and history at the University of Toronto (Bachelor with honors), I later deepened my passion by training as a systemic solution-focused coach and finally founded my Coaching Garage. This is the biggest part of my career, because it is here that I find fulfillment in helping people to develop their potential and consciously shape their lives.
Producing objects and working with my hands was my focus during and after university. I worked in construction, furniture making and upholstery, and was self-employed in this field for a while.
After completing a postgraduate degree in international hotel management, my love of the hospitality industry led me to work in five-star hotels, clubs and restaurants. And ultimately to opening and successfully running the Kafi Dihei in Zurich together with my business partner.
Coaching should be as normal as servicing your car—an investment in yourself that enriches and strengthens your life. With many years of extensive training, a wealth of experience, an uncomplicated, direct approach, and a touch of humor, I will accompany you on your journey. My toolbox is large, my experience broad, and my understanding deep.
As the hospitality industry continues to fascinate me, I also offer industry-specific coaching and mentoring. You can find out more about this on my website Gastro mit Gusto.
