The topics for which coaching with me is suitable can be very concrete and specific: Career changes, an important conversation which needs careful planning, coming to terms with a loss, preparing for a relationship.

Or they can be broad and far-reaching: Strengthening self-esteem, breaking through patterns developed in childhood, overcoming fears or searching for answers to questions such as "How could I lead a fuller life?" and "What do I really want?".

The topics are as varied and individual as the people sitting opposite me. Together we look at where you are now and where you want to go. What stands in your way, which steps will lead you to your goal, and how to move forward with motivation. Because I firmly believe that life doesn’t have to be a product of chance; it can be consciously shaped and lived.
