HAPPY BOX
The HAPPY BOX and the accompanying workbook invite you to make small changes in your everyday life. Because happy people behave differently. But it also works the other way around: simply behaving differently to be happier!
Step by step and without pressure, the workbook guides you through the different areas of your everyday life: your free time, what is good for you, what helps to brighten your mood, how you can pamper and reward yourself and habits for relaxation, exercise and nutrition.
The result is a HAPPY BOX, filled with input cards that suit you perfectly and accompany you on your way to more contentment and ease in everyday life.
Developed, designed and written by me, produced in Switzerland.

Symbol Card Sets
A valuable tool for visualizing goals and changes. For coaches, therapists and counselors or to continue your coaching at home.
Available in three unique sets, each featuring 67 pictures, these cards are produced in Switzerland in A6 format. They are crafted from premium-quality cardboard and printed using UV technology, which enhances the vibrancy and brilliance of the images. The back of each card features my Coaching Garage logo. For larger orders, the cards can be customized with your own logo (pricing available upon request).

Allergy Desensitization Voucher
Give the gift of a new quality of life: Many allergies—such as hay fever—are not permanent diagnoses, but rather the result of a misunderstanding in the immune system. This can often be corrected in a single appointment. The process is gentle, conscious, and completely free of hypnosis. A gift that truly makes a difference.
The voucher for allergy desensitization (250 Swiss francs) is valid for the entire desensitization process.
