What is the mood up Academy?

A twelve-week structured and supervised training program for adults who want to improve their mental stability:

By phone, takes about 15 minutes. Here we clarify whether the mood up Academy is the right next step for you and also whether we feel we are a good fit for each other. This conversation is free and without obligation.

Registration and first meeting

Clarification of your needs: We discuss what you need and whether the mood up Academy can offer you this. You will find out how the mood up Academy works and what you can expect.

Assessment of your current situation: Through discussion and - if necessary - with the help of diagnostic tools, we ensure that we begin at the right place for you.

Clarification of additional support: If appropriate, we check whether psychiatric or medical support could be necessary.

First steps: We start with the first small, concrete steps so that you can feel whether you are in the right place. This way, you can be sure that you will derive real and lasting benefits from the twelve weeks.

If you decide not to continue after this meeting, you will only be charged for this appointment.

Weekly appointments over 12 weeks

Alternating between online (20 minutes) and face-to-face (60 - 75 minutes) as well as two additional appointments after the 12 weeks.

Specific daily / weekly tasks and exercises

Weekly time required: approx. 3 - 4 hours, whereby many of the activities can and should be integrated into your everyday life.

Costs

The entire mood up training costs 2400 francs.

This includes all appointments and materials, including nutritional supplements, your personal Happy Box and the carefully compiled folder with around 120 pages of information and worksheets.

The costs are billed in three monthly installments of CHF 800 each.
